Who is this offer available to?
This offer is open to any new client or existing client who takes out a new eligible insurance policy before 30th December 2022 or refers a person who takes out a qualifying policy.
Client must be a serving member of the UK Armed Forces, Veteran or an immediate family member
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
“Cashback” means the amount payable to the Client
“Eligible Insurance Policy” means any Death, Serious Illness or Family Income Benefit Insurance policy that has:
i. a Minimum monthly premium of £20.00; and
ii. all Premiums paid up-to-date for 48 months
“Payment Date” means the date on which the Cashback is paid to the Client
“Plan Start Date” means the date on which insurance cover first began on the Eligible Plan;
“Premium” means the monthly amount paid by the Client in order to maintain coverage for an Eligible Insurance Plan;
“Client” means the person responsible for paying the Premiums on the Eligible Insurance Plan;
When payment will be made
The Cashback will be paid via BACS to Clients’ account within 10 days of paying first premium, provided that the Client is still in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Cancellations
If an Eligible Plan lapses or is cancelled at any time during the 48 month period following the Plan Start Date, the Client must repay any Cashback they received to AFFS within 7 days.
Fraud or dishonesty
If AFFS reasonably suspects any Client to have committed or attempted to commit an act of fraud or dishonesty, the Client will repay to AFFS upon request the Cashback.
Questions over eligibility
Any decisions made by AFFS over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the Cashback are final, will not be open to dispute and no correspondence will be entered into.
Liability
AFFS is not liable to any person in any way in relation to this incentive, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Ending the offer
AFFS reserves the right to vary, extend or withdraw this incentive at any time, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour by any Client.
Terms and conditions changes
AFFS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions on the provision of written notice or via AFFS’s website.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts and tribunals with regard to any dispute or claim arising under these Terms and Conditions.
